When the application opens in the browser go to FILE: SAVE AS: Select your Desktop on your computer. Save the PDF file to your desktop. After saving close your browser window and go to your desktop to open the file. Now fill out the application and save when you are done. Make sure you attach the file from your desktop when e-mailing the application.
