The City Sports Insider Program is offered at the sole discretion of City Sports. The Insider Program rules, terms, conditions, benefits or rewards may be modified at any time by City Sports, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the rewards and benefits already earned.

To enable points to be posted to your account, you must present your Insider member number with every purchase. Only purchases made on or after July 28, 2010 qualify for Insider Program points. Points will not be earned on sales tax, reward redemptions, prior purchases, gift cards, returned merchandise, and select products. Points will not be compounded for purchases that qualify for multiple promotions. Points for verified purchases will be added to your account within 48 hours. Accounts under the same name and address will automatically be combined. Only individuals, and not corporations or businesses, are eligible to enroll as members. Only one person can be enrolled per Insider membership.

City Sports will issue award certificates to each member having a point balance each quarter. Each award certificate will include an expiration date after which the certificate will no longer be valid. Reward certificates (i) can be redeemed for merchandise only as offered by City Sports (ii) must be used in their entirety at time of purchase and (iii) may not be redeemed for gift cards, store credit, or service items. Reward certificates have no cash value and cash will not be paid for unused portions of the reward certificates. Merchandise purchased with a reward certificate may be exchanged for merchandise only. Reward certificates are not transferable and City Sports reserves the right to limit the time within which you may redeem reward certificates.

The Insider Program will continue until such time as City Sports, in its sole discretion, elects to terminate the Insider Program. City Sports has the right to terminate the Program at any time without providing written notice to you.

City Sports reserves the right to provide Insider Program benefits to some members based on geographic location, program participation or other criteria as determined by City Sports. Some of our special promotional offers, benefits, and communications also may be based on the volume or type of purchases.

Abuse of the Insider Program (for example, by failing to follow Program policies, allowing others to use your membership number or other improper conduct as determined by City Sports in our sole discretion) may result in termination of your participation and disqualify you from future Insider Program participation.

Modification of these terms and conditions may only be made in writing by an authorized representative of City Sports. All interpretations of Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of City Sports and such interpretations are binding.

You are responsible for notifying City Sports of any changes of address. City Sports is not responsible for reward certificates which are lost, delayed or misdirected in the mail. Program points and reward certificates may be subject to federal, state, or other taxes and such taxes are your sole responsibility. Participation in the Insider Program requires providing, and maintaining, City Sports with a valid way to contact you (for example, email address, phone number, and mailing address) regarding rewards and any modification to the Insider Program.

Participants must be at least 13 years of age and must have a United States mailing address. Participation in the Program is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective participant resides. If in any particular state or province the Insider Program or City Sports has to apply for any special license, bonding, permit or other governmental regulatory approval, the Insider Program will be void in that particular jurisdiction.
