The Unisex Zensah Compression Leg Sleeves are constructed with the latest in gradient compression technology. The gradient compression provides a wide ribbing in the front for shin support and tight ribbing in the back for calf support. This dual action support was developed by a professional athletic trainer.

Constructed from Zensah fabric, which integrates silver to help regulate skin temperature, the Zensah leg sleeves are not only a calf compression sleeve but a shin support sleeve. I suffered from shin splints for years that made running outside very painful. The leg sleeves have helped remedy the problem. I would suggest these for any runner on any level of competition.

I was skeptical initially but after about 3 months of running with them I realized that they do make a difference. I do not feel as much aching as I used to after a 6 mi run. And it does not have to be so tight as to restrict blood flow. My calf size is widest at 15.5in and I opted for the S/M size. I recommend it.

I used these after I ran a 1/2 marathon with a strain in my soleus muscle and these totally helped with my recovery. They felt so good on my calfs wore them to bed, work, and around the house. 9 days later back running preparing for my marathon in baltimore.

It's unbelievable what a difference wearing these compression sleeves makes for my running. And I run with vibrams. I whole heartedly recommend them. It's worth a shot.
