I'm going on 2 years with my KSOs and I still love them! I also love my Sprints and my Classics. I don't wear anything else unless I absolutely have to.

So, after hearing all the hype, I run out and get a pair, THEY ARE HEAVEN! Im a person who wears Nike ACG boots 7 days a week for work, but I'd much rather be barefoot, the VFF's give you the complete barefoot feeling with the comfort of knowing you cant hurt your feet. I also do yoga, pilates and a little light running and cant wait to try them in these activities. The only thing is while it does have a sturdy sole, if you step on a rock/pebble, you WILL feel it, lol, other than that, simply the best!

I bought these about a month ago and have been wearing them mostly around the house. They are very comfortable and make yoga easier to do on carpet. I hope to work up to running in them but walking, even on concrete, is fine. I think they are VERY comfortable-most "normal" shoes, regardless of quality get less and less comfortable the longer you have to wear them. These shoes get more and more comfortable. I don't like that my toes get wet walking through wet grass and they don't keep your feet as warm as "regular" shoes but other than that, I really enjoy them.

My son with my same bad feet pretty much ordered these for me. I looked at them for a couple of weeks; wore them around the house for a couple of days; then braved the gym.
I stairmaster, row, use machines, lift weights: all 100% better with my KSO's. I love them.
