I use these kayaking, and they're perfect. Stay on my feet even when practicing open water re-rentry in choppy seas, and keep my feet comfortable. Fit a little tighter in the toes than my other VFFs (classic and KSO), but sizing seems comparable to KSO. Don't think I'd wear them for cold-weather dry use though -- my feet get a little moist/clammy in them, even when I manage to slide in a pair of injinji socks.

I love my Five Fingers! I have Sprints for warm weather and got my Flows for winter running. I've been running in snow and 20 degree weather and they are awesome. I recommend getting toe socks with the Flows to help guide your foot in, otherwise they can be hard to put on.

I was so excited to receive my Five Fingers yesterday, but I cannot fit into them. My smallest toe lines up with the 4th toe on the shoe. I'd have to break my toe to get it into the slots on this footwear. I wear a 6 1/2 women's regular shoe and still it's not a standard enough foot to fit this shoe. I highly recommend trying them on in a store and not trying to purchase these online. Now I'm out the shipping cost to return them.

I hate wearing shoes, I love wearing my five finger shoes because i feel like i am walking on air!!!!!!!!
