I have a pair of KSOs that I bought last summer, but wasn't sure that I would be able to use them once New England's 6-month winter arrived. I found the Flow and have been able to continue running without frostbite or any discomfort while running through snow with temperatures in the teens. I get a little thrill from seeing my footprints in the snow. They are a little harder to put on than the KSO, probably because of the neoprene, but they feel great once they're on.

Takes a brief period of getting used to, but with special toe socks on I can wear them all day with no discomfort. I believe that other heeled shoes wreak our posture and prevent our feet from 'splaying' properly, I can walk faster in these too. Feel very gounded. Best new product.

once your toes to succumb to loneliness these are the most fantastic shoes around for jogs.

Great shoes. I am not in very good shape. I have done a many hours at a time of walking in these shoes with a baby on my back and without. These shoes remain comfortable and I have experienced seemingly less soreness afterwards than with other shoes.
