I have Multiple Sclerosis, which has given me bilateral neuropathy. I now live in my Five Finger shoes because somehow by seperating the toes the neuropathy cannot be felt. I also ordered a few pairs of the Injinji Socks and they fit perfectly in the shoes. Oh yes, and because my legs aren't strong and I get fatigued quite easily the weight of the shoes is a blessing.

had this on the first time on a treadmill...am surprise that it actually forces me to run with my forefoot. My strikes are shorter but cadence was very slightly higher. As previous reviewers have mentioned take your time with the sizing, it can feel odd (wierd) the first time on. A good buy.

Just bought my first pair of Vibrams, and with all the reviews I read, the Bikila LS was by far the best. I tried on the regular Bikila and it was a bit snug, and the velcro strap was very uncomfortable. So I purchased the LS, and I'm so glad I did. They are way more comfortable than the Bikila (regular)... Two thumbs up! :o)

I have 2 pairs of the regular Bikilas and these are so much better. Beware though that depending on your foot size, these might be too big. Mine fit fine but my wife's pair in the same size as her Bikila originals are too big and she is exchanging for a size smaller.
