I bought a pair of these and it got lost by UPS. I'd communicated with the company and they replied and sent a replacement quickly. Though it didn't come in time for my hike, I'm quite satisfied with their customer service. I would buy from this company again.

I have wore out my first pair of Bikila LS shoes. My grandkids call them my "monkey" shoes. I won't run in anything but Five fingers again. I'm sold. (start slowly with them)

I found the Bikila a more comfortable fit when compared to the Komodo Sport, and I could wear these everywhere.
