These are the best shoes I have ever owned. I was a sprinter, who was unable to do long distance running, but just as advertised, these helped me to change my stride to a more neutral stance, saving my knees and allowing me to go long distances with ease and enjoyment! I'll never go back!

I bought these a few months back, and others were right they take some getting use to, and don't push it until you are use to them otherwise you will hurt.

THese have different feel then my KSO's, and I think they make your foot contact ground in a different way. It puts more weight on ball of feet, not toes? Where might this matter? I push a prowler sled, and when pushing on the low handle (like a bear crawl)---I lost traction. I beleive it was because the tips of my toes do not strike the ground like the KSO...........that's just me!! Great feel, I'm keeping, but was surprised extra trad did not translate to more grip. Then again, I was on carpet at my gym....
