Thera-Band Resistance Bands

Too much time in physical therapy has lead to both love and hate these things among the City Sports folks. The love part comes from the fact that these resistance bands are a great way to improve strength. There are two sets to choose between, the Light package and the Heavy package. The Light variety includes one each of a yellow, red, and green five-foot band, while the Heavy includes one each of a blue and black five-foot band. The different color bands allow you to have a progression of resistance. Each package includes an instruction booklet with sample exercises.
