This product was not designed for running. With the hydration bottle, all the weight is concentrated in one place so that when you run it bounces up an down hitting you in the back while it slowly rides up. It's unfortunate because I was hoping this would be a great way to hydrate on long runs. However, it lasted all of a minute before I ended up taking it off and just carrying the hydration bottle in my hand.

I can barely feel it on when I go out for a run training for a marathon. Great pouch for two Gels.
