This is "medium support" but for ladies (like me) with A or B cups it is heavier support. I wear a 36B for most bras and my rib cage is kind of wide so I ended up going with the L/XL size of the sports bra. The M/L was WAY too tight. Definitely one to try on in person if you can for correct sizing but I'm really happy with the fit, shaping, and support from this bra.
