The Mizuno Wave Lightning 7 are a lightweight shoe with a lot of positives: Excellent cushioning Strong lateral motion support Good grip on multiple surfaces As with any shoe the height of the arch support makes a difference. I have found them to be quite comfortable for a moderate to high arch.
