The video is super easy to follow and after only 30 minutes you definitely feel like you've worked your whole body.

I just picked up some kettlebells about a week ago because my gym membership expired and i didnt want to pay a fortune to start up again. these are essential for any home gym because you can do a ton of workouts for your arms and core!
