The performance of these tights is 5 star. I run and train 6 day a week and with these tights I never have pain after my runs or work outs. They definitely help me run longar. I forgot to mantion that I have some joint problems and even if I run on hard serfece with these I am fine afterwords. I just wish that be hined the knees some softer material was used, and that they had more color choices! They have black, blue and pink stichings as Far as I know and also some colcor combinations like gray balck or gray blue. I do not know why people gace these tights 1 star or so just for the color, this is so miner matter! Recoment them to all runners :]

It holds you w/o stopping your circulation. However, I could only find this with pink stripes. Would prefer some other color, like lime.

It holds you w/o stopping your circulation. However, I could only find this with pink stripes. Someone should tell the manufacturer that women now wear all colors, red, yellow, lime, etc.
