I use the bosu ball primarily for balance and coordination training. Combined with dumbells or a kettlebell you can workout any area of the body desired. My clients swear by it!

I have benefited from the Bosu trainer in so many ways! My core and legs get such a great workout and my posture has improved since day one of buying this product! There are some great workout videos available online too.
